There are two possibilities here: you either are a pornstar, who wants
to make a little more cash with escorting, or you are an escort, who wants to
get into porn. Whichever the category you’re in, you can start working in the
other by marketing both services/products on the same site, but eventually
you’ll have to split the two. The reasons for this are countless.
As a pornstar you cater to a wider array of people, including quite a
bunch of freaks you probably don’t want contacting you for an encounter. As an
escort, on the other hand, maybe you want to remain a little more discreet, and
not get your clients off with a nude photo album or a kinky video. Some might
end up not booking you just because they got their satisfaction somewhere else.
So, it’s fine to have a little bit of both on the same site, but be dedicated
to one or the other. Here are our suggestions to how you should market yourself
as a pornstar escort:
1. Up your game and your looks.
If you’re going to offer PSE aka the Pornstar Experience, you have to look like
a pornstar. Now, this doesn’t mean that you have to get breast implants or wear
camera-ready makeup or bleach certain orifices. The details are up to you,
really, and there are plenty of porn actresses who look completely natural. You
do, however, have to dress the part and play it right. Be confident, have all
the best moves, talk dirty and don’t be afraid to take the lead. But breast
implants work too!
2. Raise your rates. If you’re
going to offer a full service that is far more time-consuming and tiresome than
a more regular escort encounter, then you should also get paid the right amount
for your efforts. Consider also a price for your lingerie, toys and other
required accessories, which never come cheap in the first place, and which need
to be replaced every now and then. Big rates also discourage possible freaks
from contacting you. So too does asking for a 20% deposit in advance.
3. Speaking about the chance of freaks, screen your clients thoroughly. Obsessed fans can be dangerous, so
don’t risk it if something sounds off. Things that you should run away from are
possible customers asking for bareback services, so-called fans that insult
your work, individuals with erectile dysfunctions (you might be great at what
you do, but you’re not a miracle-worker) or clients who try to bargain with
you.
4. Design special packages.
If you’re going to be a true salesman, offer packages that include both an
encounter and some hot photos, maybe a short video with you in the shower or
some special selfies just for that particular client. Like we said above, it’s
best to have two sites that advertise your escort persona and your pornstar
persona separately, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be open to cross-selling. Just do it wisely, and
test it out one package at a time.
5. Express yourself on social
media. Have a Twitter account, and maybe a Tumblr account with some free
photos and videos. You can advertise yourself as a pornstar with ease on these
social media channels, and keep your escorting a little more subtle. Think of
messages like: “Touring LA in September, who wants to have some fun? Find me on
www.mywebsite.com.”
6. Consider hiring a personal
assistant. When you begin making really good money, interview for an
assistant. Not only is it difficult to do two jobs and keep up with bookings,
ads, events, websites and a personal life, but keeping track of social media,
adding watermarks to photos and doing the groceries already sound like a
three-person job, so give yourself some credit and some slack and get some
much-needed help.
What’s your opinion about pornscorts, dear escorts? What about you,
agencies, would you hire a pornstar escort?
